What data we process

This website has no forms or user accounts. We only process: - Anonymous or pseudonymised browsing data through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. - Any details you give us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, to answer your query.

Bookings are made on Booksy. Booksy processes your booking data under its own privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

• Web analytics: to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings".
• Answering queries: to reply to you. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest.

Retention

Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. Queries are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

Recipients

Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), which may transfer data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not share data with third parties for any other purpose.
